H1 transfer & extension approved and travelling out of US

Hello,

I have a H1 visa stamped till Sep'2012 in my passport .

I got transfer of this H1 to new Employer and i got approval for transfer & extension of stay with the extension of H1B valid till Mar 2014

I am planning to go out of US next week and would return in the fist week of November.

Do i need a new visa stamp as my employer has changed?

Do i need to show my new I-797A petition + passport (having visa stamped with old company) when i renter US so that INS officer gives me I-94 for new dates?
