Visa appointment together - For seperate H1 (Husband and Wife)

Hi ,

I am interested in going to Ottawa for stamping and will need some more information. A few questions I had-

I'll appreciate if I can get a few queries clarified-

1. Does the consulate allow Indian passport holders to attend visa stamping for H1?

2. Can we both take appointment together on the same time and day?

3. It will be my wife's first H1 stamping. Is it required to go to your home country for your first stamping?
