filing 485 with previous employer approved 140

Hi

Can I file 485 with previous employer's approved 140 with the support of previous employer?

(I mean old employer willing to provide emp. letter)

Please suggest me if any potential issues with this(RFE)?

I found out with lawyer that USCIS may scrutinize more on the case since not working with sponsoring employer. i worked for this employer for 3 years and left the company.

Please let me know if anyone had this kind of experience.

If you honestly intend to take up that employment, then there are no issues. May the USCIS decide to make absolutely sure you take on the employment? Of course, that's their right.

i will file my i-485 when the dates become current. my employer is willing to give me a letter. and I do intend to buy his company when I get my green card.
