H1B interview at VISA consulate

Hi,

My future employee has filed for fresh H1B Visa premium processing, which should be approved in 2 weeks time. I am in US currently for personal reasons on B2. Once approval comes through, i would be going to Chennai for VISA interview and stamping.

Can any one tell me what is the scenario in chennai consulate for H1B cases off late? are they too strict in their questions and ask for additional documents?

Please respond and provide information and i do not want to screw up anything there?
