R185Sel Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 Hi Friends, My 485 was approved on July 12 and no Green card till date. Four Infopass appointments and two Service Requests are no use. SR says, it is pending. Meantime, my EAD expired. I had applied for renewal of EAD and 90 days passed and no EAD Renewal either. The Website says 'Initial Review'. I am at a loss. My Employer says he cannot keep me in the job unless I have either GC or EAD. I am desperately in need of help. If you cannot consult your company provide attorney, why don't you pay out of your pocket and consult murthy attorneys regarding the next steps? If I were you I may do that. Good luck. Belle Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 Apply for green card replacement. And who gave you an idea to apply for EAD? You were only eligible because your gren card was pending. You are ineligible for one after approval. Link to comment
