H1B restamping in Dew Delhi

Hi,

I am planning to get H1B renewal stamping done in the end of November or first week of december 2011. My curent H-1 visa is valid till 11thDec 2011. Now my question is:

1. If for any reasn they put my case in Admin processing or any such case, can I still come to US on my existing visa which is valid till 11 Dec 2011

2. If I do not plan to go for stamping, Can I come back to US on 9th Dec 2011(my existing visa valid till 11-Dec-2011)? I have an approved petition (I-797) for next three years. Do you think there will be an issue at the entry port that my visa is going to expire in two days when I am entering the country.
