Green card for parents of new born

Hi,

My H1-B renewal got rejected while we were in US. At that time my wife was 37 weeks pregnant, and was not advised to travel. Company filed for new H1, I got H1 but was asked to go back to home country for stamping. After baby was born we traveled to India after 50 days of illegal stay. But unfortunately H1 was rejected again. My baby 3 months old has been diagnosed with a medical condition for which we think better care will be provided in US. Baby being a US Citizen can we travel to US under any Visa or Green card status. Please suggest.

Having a US citizen child does NOT give the parents any immigration rights, or any visa or GC.

Once the child is 21, the child could sponsor the parents for a GC.
