Experience letter

Hi Members,

I need your advice. I have my 8 years experience in Content Management and then I joined a company in San Francisco in different domain. That company got aquired . So now new company is planning to file my GC. In the job duties all the functions are very specific to what I am performing right now. Do you think that is problem as I will not be able to get the experience letter on that domain. Can I use my company's experience letter that got acquired now(Ideally now both are same after acquisiion).

Please let me know. I have worked at comapny only for 3 months before aquisition.
