Live4GC
Hello, I recently got denial on my H1B transfer. I was transferring to a consultancy company. Fortunately I had not terminated my current job. So I am still ok. My question is : Do i need to collect any documents from the consultancy company regarding denial ? Do i need to mention about the denial when i do a transfer in the future ? P.S.: The visa was denied because employer used a cheap CPA instead of attorney. He screwed up the paperwork. In the RFE, they had asked for offer letter mentioning Employer-employee relationship. CPA replied saying "We dont have offer letter. We have a verbal commitment". Ahhhhhhhhh! All, please be careful about who is doing your paperwork. Thanks! Link to comment
