DC77 Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 We are travelling to India this October and planning to get H-1B and H4 visa stapming. We have 3.5 years old son who is US Citizen, and thought of checking if we can bring our 3.5 years old US citizen Son along with for H-1B stamping?

I am not certain, but i think you will be allowed to bring your son into the consulate.
