ajexpert Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 Does VO officer checks for OLD LCA and compares with corresponding W2? or new LCA only matters? If W2 < LCA (previous) by $900 will there be any issue? New LCA is $12K less then W2 Please comment
