piyushskies Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, I am currently on H1B and my "visa" (with previous employer's name stamped on it) expires in Mid 2012 while my I797 (from current employer) expires in Mid 2013. My Wife is planning to apply for her H4 visa in December in Mumbai. Will she get a visa until Mid 2012 or 2013?? Is it recommended to get my visa stamped to make sure she gets H4 visa until Mid 2013?
