halaat Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 As my dates are current I plan to file I-485 along with EAD and AP on oct 3 2011 and paying only 1070 USD (I-485 filing fee).Is this ok or do i have to pay seperate filing fee for EAD/AP ..I hope this is still valid from USCIS and can anyone confirm ? Q. I am an asylee. If I pay the I-485 application fee, and I submit an I-765 and/or I-131 with my I-485, do I have to pay the I-765/I-131 filing fees? A. If you submitted Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007 and paid the I-485 filing fee, you do not have to pay the I-131 filing fee or I-765 fee. If you submitted Form I-485 before July 30, 2007 or did not pay the filing fee, you must pay the I-131 and I-765 fee.
Belle Posted September 28, 2011 Report Posted September 28, 2011 What is says is that unless you have a time machine that allows you to submit your application before July 30, 2007, no you don't have to pay a separate fee.
