H1 - H4 - H1

Hello All,

Request you to provide me a solution to this query of mine.

I got my H1 B Visa stamped in March 2011 .

Meanwhile, I had my H4 visa stamped in Sep 2011 as i had to travel with my husband who is on H1 and since my comp could not get a project for me.

Now , my company says they got a project for me in Nov 2011.

My passport has my H1 and H4 visas. The VO didnot cancel my H1.

1) Since my H1 is not cancelled , should i go back to india and come in with I94 for H1 ?

2) Is it possible to apply for COS so that i can get a i94 for h1 ?
