H1B stamping in Paris, France

Hello,

I am an Indian citizen living in the US on an H1B visa. I have to travel to France for business. So, I am considering getting my visa stamped in France. I have couple of questions:

i)Are there any complications involved in getting an H1B stamping there as against to getting in Canada/Mexico?

ii)Can anyone share any additional documentation required by that consulate in additional to the required docs?
