newtoforum2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Report Posted September 11, 2011 Hi, I am reading some posts here and some people are complaining here that they faced issues in H4 stamping. My wife was on H1B (expired now) and I filed I-539 change of status which got approved. Now we want to visit India and she must get her H4 stamping to come back to US. She is also pregnant. So I am just checking are there any complecations in H4 stamping now in Hyderabad and Chennai? What are the primary reasons for rejections or pink slips which some people are getting? Is it safe to travel or avoiding travelling is better? I am a direct employee of a company here. Please share your experiences. Thanks.
