Job Change after I-140 approval

Hi ,

Here is my situation.

Original H1B validity - August ,2011

LC Status - approved

I-140 Status - Approved

H1 Extension- approved until 2013.

I got offer from other company:

Now my questions are:

a. If I transfer now, What will happen to my H1B? Will I get the expiration date as August,2011 or 2013?

b. What happens if My Current employer cancelsmy I-140?

Please let me know ASAP, I need to take decision which is linked with other things.
