hnanduri Posted August 7, 2011 Report Posted August 7, 2011 I am having L2 visa and my I94 is valid till 2014. Can anyone please let me know whether EAD is mandatory to work in US. I heard that EAD should be applied before getting the SSN but I got my SSN recently without EAD. So can I start working here.
