The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. Status: The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. One of my colleague received I 140 receipt 2 weeks after mine. But he got 140 approval sometime in Dec, 2010. Same attorney and same location...Even attorney not sure about the discrepancy. Link to comment
