On February 3, 2011, we transferred this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to our LINCOLN, NE location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. I have a old Labor/I-140 (Nebraska) with my previous company which i am porting to my new company (texas) to capture the priority date. I think that might be the reason to transfer..... Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-***-****. testvisauser Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 TSC is probably facing heavy case volume and so they shifted cases to NSC. A pretty good number of cases have been transferred there who applied in the Aug 2010 time frame according to ********. Maybe an attorney can shed some light on if the processing time frame will be again 4 months from the date of transfer to the NSC. Link to comment
