You can fill the forms before though application needs to be submitted to USCIS along with the sealed medical exam report by USCIS certified doctor. Link to comment

It was applied in Texas service center. @usurendra :- Yes, status changed from Initial review -> Approved and I got the auto alert email on 07/29. My employer got the approval notice on 08/01. PD is 02/14/2011, I hope EB2 will be current in the next month or so. kidding! :) Link to comment
