solomon1977 Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 Hello , Need your advice on the below RFE that I received for I-140. “The USCIS would like additional evidence showing you met the degree requirement prior to the priority date of the PERM application.†I did my engineering (completed in 1999) and it’s a 4 years program. My perm was filed in 2009 .Lawyer is planning to send the transcripts (Mark sheets). Is this enough ? In my degree it says when I completed my engineering and it does not say it’s a 4 years program. Has anyone experience a similar RFE ? Please advice. Link to comment
