Live4GC
Hello, I am jumping from full-time job to contract jobs. One of the consultancies have agreed to transfer my H1B once i get the project. I have my I140 approved in EB2 and the new employer will redo my green-card and port the priority date of EB2. I feel the hourly rate that he will be paying is less and I am worried if it will affect my green card at any stage ? Or the salary matters only when we file for 485 ? Thanks. Link to comment
Joe.F
Why would you go to a job that pays less? Link to comment
Live4GC
Can anyone answer my above question please ? When H1B is at risk with full-time, contract jobs look to be a good option even though the pay is little less. Link to comment
