NOID on I-140 for 3 year Bachelors, 3 year Masters

Hi All,

I received a NOID on my I-140 application for 3 year Bachelor degree.

I have done B.Sc (Hons) Electrocincs and M.C.A from India. So it's a 3 + 3 year case.

I also have 5 years of experience prior to coming to US. And I have 4.5 years of experience working in US.

The LC was filed, requiring Masters and 36 months of experience in section 4.

In section 8, alternate level of education was set to Bachelor's with 5 years of experience.

Has someone with the same case tackled NOID successfully? and how?

One should understand that MS + 3years can not be equated to BS+2yrs(edu)+3yrs(work)

Mine got approved with BCA + MCA (3+3) in EB2.

Job requirement was Masters + 1 Year of experience and it got approved without any issues.
