H4 travel issue-please help

hi

I have a question, My sister who has gone to india last month is reluctunt to come back to US as her H4 visa extention is expiring in two months and she does not have her husband's H1 visa documents with her while travelling if in case she is held for any questioning here in US. Actually she had a fight with her husband and he has left her back in India.so there is no way we can get his H1 visa documents. but her H4 visa is still valid for 2 months.please suggest us a way where in she can land in US safely and easily.and any possible risks involved.
