Gurus pls help - Job change with approved I-140 - what of I140 revoked

I am on 1st year of my 3 year H1B extension beyond 6 years. I have approved I140 from company A. I want to join company B and get my H1B transferred based on the approved I140. What will happen if company A revokes my I140?

1. Will I be out of status even if I have 3 year H1B extension?

2. Will I be able to keep my PD for the new employer to file for GC in future?
