H4 to H1

Hi Friends , my case is like this :

Applied for COS from H4 to H1B in May 2011

My husband changed his employer in June first week and hence their company applied for Premium H1B and H4 processing and we got it approved b June 2nd week for 3 years.

Now, My h1B is going good ,did not get any major RFE , if it gets approved in few days , how does it work ? does my h1B approval is as same as the normal new h1B approval Or is there any complication ?

How did you get your H1b from H4.....actually my wife is also on H4 but looking for H1b since 1 and half year. Could you please provide me the details from where you got H1b. Help will be much appreciated.

She would have to apply for a job, just like everybody else.

And forget about consulting companies. That's pretty much over, due to H1 abuse by shady consultants in the past.
