Arun MK Posted April 26, 2011 Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 I'm on H1 in US working for a company X.My wife and kid are here on H4.Our Visas are valid till the end of 2012. Now, I'm changing my job and my wife and kid are travelling to India for 2 months.So, during the H1 transfer they will be in India. Would like to know if they have to go for stamping after I get and send the approval notices to them. Or can they come back with the valid visa and new approval notice? Please advise Link to comment
