SriH4 Posted September 30 Report Share Posted September 30 I have initiated (Change of Status)COS to H4 & H4 EAD together mid of Sep 2024 (Paper application via mail). Am I still eligible to continue to work on my H1B until I797 validity till 12/12/24? , given my H4 CoS has been initiated (I’m still waiting for the H4 receipt). Quote Link to comment
