Travelling on Valid h1b stamped visa on pending EAD and AP

Currently my EAD and AP are under process, and I am planning to travel next month to India. I have a valid H1b Visa that is stamped and valid till 2027.

Following are my questions.

1) can I travel while EAD and AP are processing.

2) If yes, I assume I could possibly use my H1b Visa at port of entry, is that something everyone does, or it better not to travel.?

Please advice.
