Keshavlala Posted September 22 Report Share Posted September 22 My perm was filed on 06/27/2022 and received audit 03/28/2023 then my attorney decided to file one year extension based on PERM audit and pending for more than 365 days and I received extension till 10/21/2024, once I received extension my PERM was withdraw in July 2023 and filed a new PERM in 08/03/2023. Now my PERM is again pending for more than 365 days, will I eligible for one year extension. My H1B 6 year expired on 10/21/2023, Based on pending perm received 7th year extension till 10/21/2024. Applied 2nd PERM 08/03/2023 and waiting for more than 365 days, Am I eligible for 8th year extension ? Quote Link to comment
