Travel to canada with expired(2019) h1b visa and valid i94 (Sep2025) on an approved i797

Hello!

I have a valid Canada tourist visa and I am an Indian citizen currently working  in USA. My H1B stamped visa expired in 2019.  I have an approved/valid I 797 petition with an approved i94 (valid till Sep 2025) in it. So can i travel to Canada by road for around 4-5 days and be back to USA this month? One other point is that i do have an interview scheduled for H1B VISA stamping in India  but that is in next month and i would be travelling for that to India from USA. Please advise.

You can use "AUTOMATIC VISA REVALIDATION" where you retain your I94 and use that to return along with the expired visa.
