sivarout Posted September 11 Author Report Share Posted September 11 I have received the I129 H1B petition approval only from Oct 2024 till Aug 2025...why they have approved only for 10 months? Is it because they have consider my prior 5 years 2 months stay in USA with L1B. But I have stayed 10 years outside on USA in India after L1B cap. my doubt if I travel to USA, shall I get extension post Aug 2025 max of 6 years or not Quote Link to comment
