Ravi333
I received my green card on 08/13/22 but for my wife USCIS sent a letter stating Doctor's signature was missing on form I-693. Letter also stated that, for the application to be considered for fiscal year ending in Sep 2022 we need to submit the new I-693 at the earliest and we did submit with in a week or so. But by the time we submitted the form visa numbers allotted were over and USCIS website Case Status says that "We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application". Is there any way my spouse application processing can be resumed? pontevecchio
It can only be resumed if the PD becomes current. What is the PD? and is it EB2? Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio
Keep looking at the VISA BULLETIN. The dates are up to June 8, 2013. Once it crosses December, they will automatically adjudicate her COS. It should be a matter of months. Quote Link to comment
