Attorney_9 Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share Posted June 23, 2011 If the employer is unable to register for the PERM account online, they can mail in the application. However, it is important to identify the reason for the failure to register as it could also cause a problem for the mailed-in application. The employer can always email PLC.Help@dol.gov for assistance. Link to comment
