gigi123 Posted August 29, 2011 Report Share Posted August 29, 2011 I have two approved I-797 with <xyz petitioner>. Out of those, one is current and the other one starts soon after the first ends. Below are the start and end dates on them. I-797 #1- Starts : Dec 2010 Ends: Dec 2011 #2 - Starts : Dec 2011 Ends: Dec 2014 I am planning to go to Canada to get the Visa stamped on my passport. The current H1b Visa on my passport is from the same petitioner and has expired on Dec 2010. Can any one let me know which I797 I should be presenting while at the consulate for Stamping?
