Sri289 Posted August 29 Report Share Posted August 29 (edited) Hi all, I am on H4 EAD. My previous employer not giving two months of salary, after I joined the end client full time. I have signed an employement agreement in which they mentioned that employee should not join any of the companies involved in the contract. The contract has ended after 8 months , and client offered full time. The end client even does not know my employer. There are two other companies in between. Now, employer stopped two months of payment saying, I made a breach of agreement. Is this legal ? Edited August 29 by Sri289 Quote Link to comment
