DCF (Department of children and Families) entry in Massachusetts Impact on H4 VISA stamping in INDIA

Hi All ,

My wife's name was recorded in Department of Children & Families (DCF) Registry in MA for Child Abuse. 

Having her name would this entry in DCF will have any adverse impact on H4 stamping in INDIA
