Srini_krish Posted July 17, 2023 Report Posted July 17, 2023 Hello, My Case is currently with NVC and i would like to transfer it to USCIS. I'm not in US but planning to move there on H1B soon. Can the case be transferred to USCIS from NVC without being in US? How long does it take for the file to be moved from NVC to USCIS? Please advise. Thanks, SriKrish Quote
