Company B filled H1B COS and it is in pending status. Now the company B wants to do L1B for me. I have below questions. 1. Is it possible to file L1B COS while H1B COS pending? 2. Is it possible to file L1B consular while H1B COS pending? 3. Can I travel outside USA while H1B COS pending? 4. What will happen to my H1B COS if I travel outside USA?
