I-140 approval date changed after name correction

Hi,

My I-140 was approved on Dec 27th 2022 but there was typo in my name. When I requested USCIS for name correction, they corrected it and sent the new approval notice with notice date as Jan 19th 2023. Which approval date can I consider for the 180 day mark?

Generally, the Approval Date and not the date the notice is issued determines when one counts 180 days.
