manoj9999 Posted May 21, 2023 Report Posted May 21, 2023 Hello Everyone, I'm working with a full time employer and they have started sponsoring my GC process in July 2022. During this process I've left the country from March 2023 to May 2023 due to personal emergency, during this time frame my company attorney has filed the PERM process(labor) for my Green Card in April 2023. My employer know that I'm travelling but attorney doesn't. Does this cause any issue that applying for the PERM when the person is out of country? Please let me know. Thanks in Advance. Quote
