sj78 Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 We have a pending I-485 application. We got our EAD (765) and Advance Parole (131) approved. We received a combo card for my wife which has a 2 year validity along with the endorsement “serves as I-512 advance parole.”but we also received a separate I-512L approval letter for her AP that has valid end date of 4/27/2023 (incorrectly the same as start date). That is clearly a typographical error. My 512L had the correct validity. Wondering if anyone else has been in similar situation. Is it ok for my wife to travel on the combo card and ignore the I513L? Or do we need to file for another i131. There does not seem to be a process for simply correcting the typographical error. Thanks again. Quote Link to comment
