Legend1
I am planning to join my spouse on an F4 immigrant visa. My spouse and daughter moved to the USA a few months ago. We used to have green cards, but we left the USA a long time ago. However, I was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, and I did not show up for my court date, resulting in an arrest warrant being issued against me. Last month, my criminal attorney was able to set aside the warrant of arrest. Now, I am waiting to submit my DS260. I have no prior convictions. Will the consular officer issue me a visa in this situation? Quote Link to comment
