rrahulreddy Posted April 25, 2023 Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 Hi - I received RFE on my H1B - extension for two reasons one is Speciality occupation and other on maintenance of status. Maintenance of status because I filed the H1B -extension while I was outside US. Now I am planning to withdraw this H1B extension application, and file new one while I am in US.
