aonarc Posted April 22 Report Share Posted April 22 My DSO made my OPT recommendation on March 15 (received my I-20 on the same day as well) and I filed my I-765 on April 14. Based on whether we include the first day (Mar 15), this is either 30 or 31 days away from the OPT recommendation date. Any idea if USCIS would consider this as out of window and deny my I-765 application? Additional info: I am a couple of weeks from graduating from my MS program. Everything else is in place for EAD.
