Canadian on H1B out of the USA for more than a year

I'm a canadian citizen who had to come back to Canada last year. My H1b is still valid until 2024. Since I have stayed out of the states for almost more than a year, it its ok to return back this year? Do you see any concerns on that?

Are you returning back to the same employer or a new employer?  If it is a new employer, you will need a transfer.  Good Luck.

You may need a letter from the employer that the job still exists. Other than that, no issues.
