PWali Posted April 18 Report Share Posted April 18 My spouse works for Company A and his H4 visa is processed by the same . Three months ago he got an offer from company B and the Company B processed EAD for me. However , my spouse decided to stay with Company A . I am unsure whether I can utilize the EAD issued by Company B for work, or if I need to reapply for an EAD through Company A. Please suggest. Quote Link to comment
