I was working on H4 EAD and my company filed my H1 in premium processing but got RFE today. Can I stay in US and continue working with H1 receipt after the 60 day grace period? Quote
Zodiac System Posted April 17, 2023 Report Posted April 17, 2023 To the best of my knowledge, when it is COS from H4 EAD to H1b, you have to wait to receive an H1b approval to start working on H1 status. Hopefully your company will expedite the RFE soon so you can get your H1b approval by May 13. Good Luck. Quote
