Preetham Reddy Posted April 11 Report Share Posted April 11 Hello, My friend was issued at 10 Year Tourist Visa in 2013. Since then, he came to USA few times and left with-in the timeframe granted for stay in USA. His Tourist Visa is due to expire this September 2023. So, he applied for an extension. Unfortunately, his new application is rejected but his old Tourist Visa is still valid till September 2023. He wants to come to US once again before his Visa expires. Is he allowed to do that? Can he travel in his old approve and still valid visa when the new application is denied? Any help here is greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
